As we near the end of our Centennial year, we are excited to announce that UBC is embarking on a renewal of our International Strategic Plan.
To sustain our reputation as North America’s “most international university,” 1 UBC must continue to examine its priorities and activities as a globally engaged institution.
The renewed International Strategy will be developed through a broad consultation process. Over the next few months, we will be looking to all our constituents to help identify areas of priority and emerging trends in the internationalization of research, teaching and learning, and community engagement at UBC.
Within a week, you will receive a personal email invitation to participate in a survey. This is the first phase of our consultation process, and as a member of our community your input is vital and will contribute to the vision of UBC as a global university in 2020.
