UBC invites you to take a Service Satisfaction Survey

If you are a manager of staff whose work is not computer-based, please print this email and display it in a common work area for them to review.

To: Faculty and staff in Vancouver and the Okanagan

Earlier, we announced the UniForum program, which will help us — at an organizational level — better understand our services and activities, and how those services are most-effectively aligned to our academic mission. See the full message: https://broadcastemail.ubc.ca/2017/04/05/ubc-joins-uniforum-benchmarking-program/

Thank you to everyone who is working to gather a picture of these services and activities across the university.

Our next step will be to invite faculty and staff to participate in a Service Satisfaction Survey.

The survey will provide a closer look at satisfaction levels gathered from both service providers and end-users. This will help us see what we are doing well, where we should work to improve services, and where we can learn from those that are working well.

To ensure confidentiality, the survey is being conducted by Cubane Consulting. No one at UBC will have access to individual feedback.

On May 23, 2017, staff and faculty will receive an invitation by email from the address “noreply@surveys.cubane.co” with the title “Invitation to UniForum Service Satisfaction Survey”. This email will include your unique link to access the survey online. The survey takes on average 15 minutes to complete, and closes end of day on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

For more information about the survey, contact Tammy Brimner, Director, Office of the VP Finance & Operations, who is the UniForum Program Manager, at uniforum.help@ubc.ca.
