As announced last month, UBC has embarked on a search for a new Vice-President, Human Resources.

Ms. Lisa Castle, our current Vice-President Human Resources, is retiring at the end of this year. In June, we launched a global search for a suitable candidate to fill this position. We are inviting members of the UBC community to provide your thoughts on the position description, alongside comments about the opportunities and challenges that are ahead of the new Vice-President, Human Resources.

The Vice-President, Human Resources reports to the President and provides vision and leadership in carrying out the university’s human resources plan including its people practices and workplace culture.
