Participate in UBC Housing Needs Survey by April 7, 2019

Faculty and staff in Vancouver are invited to share their housing experience by participating in the 2019 UBC Faculty and Staff Housing Needs Survey.

The results from this important survey will update UBC’s understanding of faculty and staff demographics, household composition, current housing circumstances, and future housing needs and preferences. This information will also help inform ongoing strategic policy discussions related to faculty and staff housing support.

If you filled out this survey in 2016, we thank you and appreciate you doing it again. Whether your responses are consistent with the last survey, or whether they have changed, the updated information helps to ensure better ongoing alignment between UBC’s Housing Action Plan and our recruitment and retention needs.

The previous 2016 and 2010 housing demand surveys have already informed many important initiatives, such as faculty and staff housing programs, the Stadium Neighbourhood Plan, and rapid transit to UBC.

The survey will take approximately 25 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. A final analysis report will be made available on the Housing and Relocation Services website in summer 2019.
