As the first term of Dr. Sara-Jane Finlay’s appointment as Associate Vice-President, Equity & Inclusion comes to an end on March 15, we have struck an advisory committee to consider an extension. An external review of the Equity & Inclusion Office was conducted last fall, which was the first step in the process of considering this extension. The advisory committee is now seeking feedback from our community of faculty, staff and students on Dr. Finlay’s leadership in respect to her work with the Equity & Inclusion Office over the last five years.
